If you have registered the wrong name on MySOS, you don’t need to deal with it if your date of birth and passport number which you registered are correct.
Please uninstall and reinstall MySOS and register your correct information again if you had registered wrong date of birth or passport number.
※In this case, you can’t take over previous data even if you had already tapped “Report Your Health Condition” button. If you need to change your name after being displayed your quarantine last date on your top screen of MySOS, please contact the Health Monitoring Center for Overseas Entrants (HCO) with your situation.
