This is general information for settings. Settings could differ depending on the model and operating system you are using especially for Android, and you may not receive any notifications because of your device’s own settings. If you can’t receive any notifications, please check your device’s notification settings.
■ For iOS User
1.Settings>scroll down and tap “MySOS”
2.Make sure to select an option “Always” or “While Using the App” on “Location” and turn “Microphone” and “Camera” on.
3.Turn “Allow Notifications” on and “Show Previews” as “Always”
4.Go back to Settings >scroll down to tap “Do not Disturb”
5.Turn “Do not Disturb” off.
※Please turn on all settings related to the notifications.
※Make sure not to set the silent mode or vibrate mode.
※Please turn "Downtime" off and turn "App Limits" for the screen time off.

1.Settings> “ App” or “Apps & Notifications” (>App info) >scroll down and tap MySOS
2.Tap “Permissions”
3.Make sure to select an option “Ask every time” or “Allow only while using the app ” on camera, microphone, and location setting
4.Tap the icon “←” on the upper left of the screen to back the previous screen and tap “Notifications”, and
