Please turn your device’s GPS setting on and others which are explained below and save your location information.
■ For iOS User
1.Tap settings on the top screen
3.Tap “Location Services”
5.Make sure to turn “Precise Location“ on
■ For Android User
1.Launch “Google Map” on your Android smartphone or tablet.
2.Tap “Profile photo” or “initial account circle icon”.
3.Tap “Timeline” icon.
4.Tap “Other icons” and tap “Settings and Privacy”.
5.Make sure to turn “Location Information” on, “Location History”.
(Please turn these functions on if you turned off.)
6.Tap “Location History On” and make sure the checkmark on “Devices on this account”
※GPS accuracy may be affected by the situation of satellite radio waves. We also recommend that you register and report your location near windows which are not surrounded by buildings.
All the regulations on quarantine are established by the “Health Monitoring Center for Overseas Entrants (HCO)”.
If your location has reported incorrectly even if you were the direction which you pledged, please contact the HCO to explain your situation.
